Position: Student Recruiter

Set Rate: $40,000 (Per Contract/Project Basis)

Type: Independent Contractor

Operational Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Expectations

  • The Recruiter is responsible for developing strategies to recruit potential students for our diploma or alternative graduate programs at the middle and high school levels. The recruiter provides on-site and off-site support when recruiting families, with duties varying based on the campus location.

Communication

  • Answer inquiries from parents contacting us for enrollment.
  • Communicate with local schools to facilitate enrollments.
  • Attend weekly or as needed recruiting staff meetings.

Recruitment

  • Recruit students and seek referrals from businesses and organizations.
  • Participate in community fairs and similar gatherings to represent the school system.
  • Recruit students from public, private, charter, and alternative middle and high schools.
  • Facilitate recruiting events to maximize student enrollment.

Campus Activities

  • Facilitate campus tours for businesses and schools with the campus dean.
  • Conduct public school visits.
  • Organize luncheons for recruiting purposes (Approval required).
  • Attend meetings with the recruitment director and campus dean.

Administrative Support

  • Provide enrollment assistance.
  • Send routine recruiting updates via email to the recruiting director.

Partnership Development

  • Establish and nurture partnerships with colleges to promote Foundations Academy diploma programs, enhancing educational opportunities for students and fostering collaborative relationships between institutions.
  • Be proactive in guiding companies through the student enrollment process and ensuring financial protocols are followed.

Additional Information

  • Cell phones can be provided for recruiting purposes (as needed).
  • May be utilized to travel outside of state lines for recruiting.
  • Must follow outcome reporting metrics set by the supervisor.
