Position: Door Knocker
Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Compensation: $2,000/month + Commission Bonuses
Duration: Month-to-month

Job Description:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Door Knocker to support student recruitment efforts. This role involves conducting door-to-door outreach to engage families and promote enrollment at our school.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, loves meeting new people, and is motivated to earn commission by helping students access educational opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door recruitment of students in designated areas

• Engage with potential students and their families in a friendly, informative, and persuasive manner

• Provide accurate information about the school and the enrollment process

• Represent the school positively within the community

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of door-to-door sales experience

Bonus Structure:

• 7+ students enrolled on full scholarship: $300 bonus per student

• 20+ students enrolled on full scholarship: $200 bonus per student

• Bonuses paid on a Net 30 student basis
